• Authentication: If using a cloud account, we store minimal identity data to sync your Scribes.

4. How We Use Data

The data collected is used exclusively to generate process documentation (Scribes). We do not use your screenshots or activity logs for advertising, nor do we sell your data to any third party.

5. Data Security & Storage

All data transmission is encrypted via Industry-standard SSL/TLS. Draft recordings are processed and stored locally on your device whenever possible.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to delete your recordings at any time. ScribeFlow provides a clear dashboard where you can manage, redact, and permanently remove any data captured by the extension.
